As newcomers to the house buying market, we were pretty much at a loss. We had no idea what we were doing, or what was or wasn't important in regards to what we were signing. Allan steered us in the right direction and was not only sincere, he was up front about what we could expect. Dave and Cathi did an excellent job for us. They kept us informed of local sales activity and how that related to the sale of our home. They located potential local and out of county buyers. Our home was about 10 years old and in good shape but they gave several inexpensive recommendations of simple "fixes" which allowed the home to stage/show much more favorably. When the home inspection was done Dave and Cathi saved us thousands on several items which needed to be corrected. The photos Dave took of the house for sales brochures were very high quality. I highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home in the Santa Ynez Valley.
