John Frederick

As recipient of the 1992 Realtor Associate of the Year award from the Santa Ynez Valley Board of Realtors is just one reflection of Mr. Frederick’s character and experience. As a third generation native resident of the Santa Ynez Valley and student of local history, Mr. Frederick knows almost nearly every piece of property and the history behind it in the area. He graduated from Santa Ynez Valley High School in 1972 where as a student athlete he was a multi-sport participant and star football player which his talents led him to play for the California State University at Sacramento. After college, John returned to his home and has helped people buy and sell real estate in the area since 1978. His winning attitude and hands on experience in real estate includes the sale of numerous ranches, estate, agricultural and development land, commercial, and residential properties. With career closings in excess of $270,000,000 he has been a consistent “Top Producer” with his commitment to a personal caring and hardworking diligent style that ensures the continued loyalty and trust from his clients.
