Cathi Russell

Cathi Russell moved to the Valley, with her husband, fellow broker Dave Salgado, in 1992 to raise their family here.  Over the years she was very involved in her children’s schools, volunteering in the class and on the local schools PTA Boards as well as a number of years as a 15th District PTA Board member.  She is currently a director on the Board of the Santa Ynez Association of Realtors after having spent a few years on the Multiple Listing Committee. Cathi has been involved in many remodels and home makeovers of their personal residences. Having owned a number of homes and an artist at heart, she has a good eye for cost effective homeowner remedies and fixes for bad design. Cathi and Dave give each client the benefit of having two real estate professionals for the price of one!
